Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains how Elbitech LLC (“Callisto Games”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the website callistogames.io. It covers this website only. The Operator Portal, the Developer Docs and our services are governed by separate terms and agreements.
1. Who we are
Elbitech LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. Callisto Games is part of the CALLISTO group of products. You can reach us through email at [email protected], the contact page on callistogames.io or Telegram @CalPlat.
2. What we collect
- Request form data — your name, company, role, work email address, what you are looking for, the markets, currencies, platform or content you describe, and your message.
- Email verification — every request is confirmed by email before it reaches our team, so we keep the confirmation link’s identifier, its expiry time and whether the address was confirmed.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and to operate the site.
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Clicks on calls to action are counted in the page itself, without cookies and without identifying you. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when serving them. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal or an integration plan.
- To verify the email address you submitted.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
- To operate and secure the website.
We do not sell your data and do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. We share it only with the service providers strictly needed for the purposes above, such as our email provider. Some providers may process data outside your country; such transfers rely on the safeguards they publish, for example the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. Legal basis
We process request data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.
5. Retention
An unconfirmed request is discarded when its confirmation link expires. Confirmed requests are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us through email at [email protected], the contact page on callistogames.io or Telegram @CalPlat. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and handle any incident responsibly.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
